Congelados del Sol.  Process fruits such as mango, papaya, pineapple.  The best fruits are selected and those need to be in a perfect stage, color, and texture.  Also, all the fruit processing complies with the HACCP quality control system.

Frozen mango is process under IQF control systems.  The fruit is selected by stage, color and texture.  Those fruits are under the HACCP quality control systems.  After that, the fruit is cleaned, peeled, processed it and finally package it in different presentations depending upon customer request.
