We use tropical fruits of prime quality and mechanically process under the HACCP quality controls systems.  The most frequent fruits we process are Papayas, Mango, and Pineapples.  However, Coonaprosal, R.L. offers black berries pulps, passion fruit, Tamarind and Guanabana.

We process fruits 100% natural and they are ready to be used.

The generic name is Mangifera Indica.  There are around 50 native species from the southeast of Asia.  Except one kind of Mangifera Indica that can be found in Africa.  Coonaprosal R.L. in practice takes the fruits washed, peeled, cut it in chunks, to be frozen and packaged in different presentation depending upon customer´s request.  This process would increase the life of the fruits.
